1. What is pOpshelf® perks?
pOpshelf® perks is our new customer loyalty program and our way of thanking our loyal pOpshelf® customers.
2. How do I join pOpshelf® perks?
It’s easy! Join pOpshelf® perks by signing up online at www.popshelf.com/rewards or via the pOpshelf® App and start earning rewards and enjoying perks.
3. What if I am already a rewards member?
If you previously signed up and created a pOpshelf® Rewards account, you will automatically be migrated into the new pOpshelf® perks program. Please note, the prior benefit of receiving a rewards box at signup is no longer a part of the new pOpshelf® perks experience. If your account is migrated, you will not be eligible to receive any “sign up” points retroactively.
4. How does pOpshelf® perks work?
pOpshelf® perks members earn points for eligible purchases and enjoy exclusive offers and benefits. For every 1,000 points earned through eligible purchases, a $5 discount reward will automatically be applied to your next eligible pOpshelf® transaction. Once you’re a member, you can start earning points on your eligible purchases. To confirm your membership, enter your phone number at checkout or scan your loyalty QR code in the pOpshelf® App when checking out in pOpshelf® stores. When shopping online at www.popshelf.com or on the pOpshelf® App for pick up in-stores, be sure to log in to your pOpshelf® perks account to earn points for your purchase.

5. What are the benefits of being a pOpshelf® perks member?
pOpshelf® perks members earn points for purchases (which can be used for a $5 discount reward for every 1,000 points earned) and are also eligible for an annual birthday offer, member-only offers, and more
6. How do I get my Annual Birthday Offer?
Log into your pOpshelf® perks account, online or in the mobile app, and update your profile with your birth month and day. Your birthday offer is a discount reward of 15% off the qualifying items in one (1) transaction. Your birthday offer will be available in your account and also sent to you via email on the first day of your birth month. This offer is available for use throughout the month.
7. How do I redeem my Annual Birthday Offer?
pOpshelf® perks members who have provided their birth month and day are eligible to redeem one birthday offer per year during the month of their birth. To redeem in store, open the rewards page in the pOpshelf® App, find the birthday offer and scan the barcode at checkout. You can also show the birthday offer email to the cashier. To redeem online at www.popshelf.com or on the pOpshelf® App for pick up in-stores, add items to your cart and the birthday offer will be automatically applied to your transaction before completing your order.
8. How can I access my rewards and benefits?
All of your pOpshelf® perks rewards and benefits are available online and in the pOpshelf® App when logged into your pOpshelf® perks account. For buy online pick up in store orders at www.popshelf.com and on the pOpshelf® App, available rewards and discounts will automatically be applied to your order before completing your order. For in-store purchases at pOpshelf® open the pOpshelf® App and scan the QR code, or you can enter the phone number associated with your rewards account.

9. How do I earn points?
Members earn points for qualifying purchases at a pOpshelf® store, online at www.popshelf.com or in the pOpshelf® App. Online or in the pOpshelf® App, you must be logged into your account before making a purchase to earn points. In store, provide your phone number or scan your loyalty barcode in the pOpshelf® App before making a purchase to earn points. Certain items are excluded from earning points, such as gift cards, tax, discounts, shipping/delivery, returns, purchases made with a Reward, purchases of certain restricted items (including, without limitation, alcohol), purchases made through third-party delivery applications, purchases made prior to becoming a member, or any compensated portions of a purchase.
10. Where can I earn points?
You can earn points in the following ways when making purchases through pOpshelf®: in store, online, and in the pOpshelf® App. Please note: Purchases made through third-party party delivery applications do not earn points.
11. How many points will I earn?
pOpshelf® Perk members earn ten (10) points per dollar spent on all Net Qualifying Purchases at a pOpshelf® store, online at www.popshelf.com or in the pOpshelf® App. In addition, certain limited-time promotions may be offered for Net Qualifying Purchases that may enable members to receive additional points or multiplied points.
12. What is a Net Qualifying Purchase?
Net Qualifying Purchase means the value of a qualifying purchase less any taxes or fees.
13. What happens to my points when I return items?
All points earned from a purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account if merchandise is returned. It is possible your account could have a negative point balance after merchandise is returned.
14. How do I get points for purchases not listed in my points history?
You can report a missing purchase by contacting Customer Care at 1-833-3PSHELF (1-833-377-4353). Points will post to your account within approximately 24 hours after the transaction is updated.
15. Why didn't I earn points?
Certain items are excluded from earning points, such as gift cards, tax, discounts, shipping/delivery, returns, purchases made with a Reward, purchases of certain restricted items (including, without limitation, alcohol), purchases made through third-party delivery applications, purchases made prior to becoming a member, or any compensated portions of a purchase.
16. Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of no activity with pOpshelf®. To keep your point balance active, make a pOpshelf® purchase, redeem a reward or take advantage of other points-earning opportunities. You can view the last date of your point activity in your online account.

17. What are rewards?
Rewards are discounts that can be redeemed for products in pOpshelf® stores, online at www.popshelf.com or in the pOpshelf® App. Rewards are automatically issued in increments of $5 for each 1,000 points earned on qualifying products.
18. Where can I find my rewards?
With pOpshelf® perks you can find your rewards in multiple places: when you sign into your pOpshelf® account, in your email (we send you a reward email every time you earn a reward discount), and you can always ask a Team Member in store for assistance, at the register or with a mobile device or by entering your phone number associated with your account, if you have rewards available.
19. When will I receive my rewards?
Rewards are available within 24 hours after you reach 1,000 points. For example, if you make a purchase and your points total reaches 1,025 points, you’ll receive a $5 pOpshelf® perks reward within 24 hours and it will automatically appear in your wallet.
20. How will I receive my rewards?
Once you have earned a reward, it will be available in your account when you sign into your pOpshelf® perks account. It will be sent via email.
21. Can I change the amount of my reward?
Members may not adjust the amount of their reward. The program automatically awards a $5 reward discount for every 1,000 points earned. If multiple rewards have been awarded based on earned points, only one (1) reward will be applied per each eligible transaction.
22. How do I redeem reward discounts?
You can redeem reward discounts on purchases of items totaling $5.01 or more (pretax, excluding gift cards, shipping/delivery, purchases made through third-party delivery applications, or any compensated portions of a purchase) after all discounts. You can redeem reward discounts a few different ways: Online at www.popshelf.com or on the pOpshelf® App, by applying the reward in your account to your cart; or in store by scanning the QR code or entering your phone number at checkout. Members enrolling in pOpshelf® perks online must log into their online account using the same email address used to register before redeeming rewards online.
23. Where can I use my rewards?
Rewards can be used online at www.popshelf.com, in the pOpshelf® App, or in a pOpshelf® store.
24. Do rewards expire?
Rewards expire 90 days after they are issued. We’ll send you reminders to make sure you use your reward before it expires. Once a reward expires, it can no longer be used.
25. Can I return rewards?
No, once rewards are issued, you can only apply them to a future purchase. If a reward is redeemed it will not be reissued. Once a reward expires, it can no longer be used.
26. Will I earn points when redeeming a reward?
When you make a purchase with a pOpshelf® perks reward, you will earn points on the balance of the purchase not covered by your reward. For example, if you make a $35 purchase and apply a $5 reward discount, you will earn points on $30, less tax, shipping and other excluded items.
27. What happens to my reward if my order is cancelled?
If you place an order where you used a reward, and that order is cancelled, the points associated with that reward will be added back to your account.
28. What happens to my reward if I return a purchase where I used a reward?
If you make a return from a purchase that included a $5 reward, we’ll deduct points earned from the purchase, but give you points to account for the reward usage. For example, if you purchased a $10 item that included a $5 reward, and returned the item, 50 points would be deducted for the $5 that was not covered by the reward, and 1,000 points would be issued to reinstate your $5 reward.
29. Can I exchange an item purchased with a reward certificate?
Yes, simply exchange your item following the store or online process.
30. Are there limitations to the number of rewards I can redeem at one time?
Members can only redeem one (1) $5 reward per transaction.
31. Can I use my reward with promotional discounts?
Yes, your reward can be used with other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise noted.
32. Are pOpshelf® perks Rewards or Benefits transferrable?
pOpshelf® perks reward discounts and benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable. Reward discounts may only be redeemed once and are not transferrable to other parties. Program participants cannot combine spending, visits, offers, rewards, or other program benefits across multiple accounts.
